ICS is a fully authorised dealer for the products listed on this site. All products are supplied with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated)

In the unlikely event that the product becomes faulty under manufacturers warranty, we would advise you to phone us for advice prior to taking any action, problems can quite often be resolved over the telephone.

If the goods need to be checked there are two options: The goods can be taken to any dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question, or return the goods to our fully equipped service department who will endeavour to repair or replace the goods within 5 - 10 working days.
