ICS
Group are committed to providing quality products and customer service, however
on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in
keeping with our service commitment, we offer the following returns facilities:
- For a return authorisation please call our service department on 01162 610456
(Mon-Fri 9-5), this number must be used on the return form we send out to you
and in any future correspondence.
We
cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit.
The
RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
Proof
of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore please use a recognised courier
and make sure your goods are adequately insured.
We
will accept the return of faulty products for repair during the guarantee
period, however we levy a standard charge of £25 plus vat for units that have
no fault found on testing by our service agents. This is in addition to any
carriage charges.

are despatched by City-link courier service , subject to our terms and

Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We
accept credit card payment only through the website. Orders can only be
accepted from mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Any orders received from outside these areas will
not be processed. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, except
American Express.

after which time we will despatch the goods.
